Howard is currently serving as the Pastor and Music Director for St. Paul Lutheran Church in Stewartstown, PA. In addition to his direction of Spirit! , he has been a professional sign language interpreter with Lutheran Social Services and Liberty University. Attending college at East Tennessee State University and Liberty University, Howard majored in music and Pastoral ministries respectively. He is a past All State and All United States tenor, principal Jazz pianist for ETSU as well as a professional /studio musician. He has directed and performed in numerous ensemble, chamber, church and community choirs. In addition to his musical abilities and experience, Howard has been the pastor of four churches in both Maryland and Pennsylvania. He continues in his ministry with the deaf, provides motivational speaking as well as evangelistic meetings. Howard and his wife Wanda have six children and live in New Freedom, PA.
